Last year 2024 I purchased the 3 scoop cup with the extras twice both times I regretted it Because I spent the evening in the restroom I resigned not to go back But last night 5/22/25 my 81 year old mother bought two milkshakes one strawberry one cherry and last night we both spent most of the night in the restroom The guy who made the milkshakes helped my mo to her car she’s disabled We almost when to UCD hospital

They wouldn't release my order because my maden name was on my ID. Even though I had the order number, email conformation, and credit card I purchased with.

Make sure when you order your ice cream. You actually watch the lady. I made the mistake of standing at the register while she was supposed to be serving up my chocolate peanut butter ice cream when I get home I find out that she just gave me chocolate ice cream. So I went all the way back to the store and showed them that they only gave me chocolate ice cream and they refused to take back their chocolate ice cream and give me the chocolate peanut butter ice cream like I asked. Even though I had only taken 2 bites out of it and you could CLEARLY see there is no peanut butter. so I'm not happy with it at all and I suggest when you go there you keep a very close eye on the woman who is doing it to make sure she gives you what you asked for. Also the lady was very rude.

The entrance is a bit intimidating and confusing, but it's tucked in the back of a convenience store and the atmosphere inside is lovely. Both workers were nice. Had tons of ice cream variety

I would give the less than one star if I could, but I couldn’t when I walked in. The two clerks were too busy, laughing and chatting with each other to even pay attention to anything that I was standing there for about eight minutes and then I asked about a restroom he said no ma’am it’s close to the public bathroom/Baskin-Robbins has no bathroom for the public Roaches on the floor. There’s no way I would order anything from there and disgustingly filthy Department needs to go do an inspection.
