This is my go-to when i work in the rancho area. Where else can you go and get a made to order burger or sandwich meal for under 12$? I just got a salmon burger and a legitamite side salad and drink today. And their burgers and sandwiches come with a quarter pickle like it ought to. I would pay 17$+ at the cafeteria at my work place for something similar. The staff are very friendly and you can tell they enjoy working with each other. The food is good, the selection is awesome.
The ONLY knock I have is that their chicken burgers/sandwich are a little bit too burnt the two times i got them- making it a little bit bitter.
But I will continue to come here weekly.

Cafe Express, hmm where do I start? I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers in a row to taste. They were fresh off the grill, and we're perfectly put together like a display. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. As I bit into the burger the flavors exploded in perfect harmony on my taste buds. The tomatoes were earthy, and juicy as well as the crunch from the lettuce. The patty was lightly kissed with the aroma and taste of smokiness and char from the grill! And don't forget, every time you take a bite, take a bite of the pickle they give and wash it down with some SOBE. You heard right pomberry SOBE they carry it there so if your on aerojet property or visiting please do not forget this hidden gem. And don't forget their decadent salads hand put together with Buffalo chicken, and fresh grape tomatoes, fresh meats and fresh ingredients!

Whenever I have service done at Folsom Lake Honda I walk across the road, just inside the Aerojet gate, to Cafe Express. Always friendly and prompt service and food is affordable and delicious. I had the BLT on my recent visit. Not sure it's always this packed with bacon but was a nice surprise. Nice quiet place in the mornings. If you want to get away from the waiting area at the dealership I highly recommend this little gem.
