10 Stars for Sharae and the gentleman at reception for coming to the rescue! She works the front desk and really cares about customer satisfaction. I got grape jelly in my hair and there was no place for me to blow dry it because we had checked out. She helped me locate a bathroom with an outlet where I wouldn't be in anybody's way and totally hooked me up so that I went to my work function looking like a normal person. Highly recommend the front desk service team at this hotel!
I stayed this hotel in July 2023 and came back one more since my precious stay was good. I was so tired because of long driving, but the staff, krystal, who helped me with beautiful smiles, made me feel so welcome. I felt relaxed and comfy. Nice, quite, and clean hotel. Friendly staff. They have Starbucks on the first floor too. I definitely will come back for next sacramento trip.

There's been a lot of staff changes since pandemic, but some of the same staff is here they're having a lot of recent renovations finally. This hotel used to be the Sheraton back in the 80s. All new Starbucks inside. Back in the day where the Starbucks is it used to be a dance club. There's about 265 rooms here in a high-rise. It should be amazing once the room renovations are done. Spent a lot of time here back in 2015 through 2018
