The only thing I had an issue with was the confusing ordering on your app. Once the 30 minute minute window was up my order disappeared. I thought it was canceled, because it was no longer under my order button. Of course I reordered and I got charged twice. The guy was super patient and helped cancel one of my orders but not without hassle. Love this location, the guys working there are always friendly and welcoming! I'll be back!

Cookies are tasty, however, they’re lacking customer service. They hardly ever greet you when you walk in. I found out that unless you are paying with cash, they suggest you use the kiosks. If that’s the case, they need to put a large sign on the counter. Workers there look like they hate their job… how could you be unhappy, you work in a cookie shop smelling sweets all day?! Smile, say hi.
