DISGUSTING!!! They put shamrock into my shake i never asked for shamrock in my shake absolutely disgusting knowing they don't clean there machine this isn't the first time this has happened

It's not a place I would recommend. They make you use a kiosk that doesn't work.. nearly no human communication even if you stand at the front and have a question the kiosk can't answer they just ignore you and continue working. Just do the drive thru or app.

I am impressed with how McDonalds is stepping up their decor but it can be frustrating to order on a kiosk. Thankfully there was a nice young employee that took my order and everything was good!
I ordered a kids meal. Instead of nuggets, it was a melted cheese mixture in the nuggets box. Try explaining that to my 5 year old 😓 Very disappointed in this location.

I used to Marvel at the speed in accuracy of this McDonald’s. The food was always hot. The service was always with a smile. I enjoyed coming here immensely. today ruined all of that for me. There were four of us in the car. We all looked at the menu and began placing our order. Halfway through, she she total the order and asked us to move to the first window. We weren’t even done ordering yet. Finally got our order together went up to receive the order and boy it took forever. The order came out and my coffee was wrong. I ordered a large caramel latte I got a large caramel frappe. We told the lady that I wanted a large caramel latte iced she came back with a hot caramel latte latte we told her what we ordered and she asked us to move forward and wait a moment and she’ll bring it out to us. This whole ordeal took us almost 20 minutes and I still hadn’t got my coffee. So I grabbed my receipt and went inside and asked for my money back on the frappe then I asked her why I didn’t get my coffee and she told me well. I’m the only one up here while sitting outside we watched all kinds of cars goodbye and the only job this lady had was handing out food. There were two people in the back cooking and putting out orders. Any one of them could’ve poured the coffee out of the machine and brought it out to us. She told me I was rude. I told her she was incompetent and that customer service here was nonexistent. She threw my money on the counter and I slid the change onto the floor and they told me never to come back. Fine with me McDonald’s famous chain has a very very, very weak link now.

Can’t believe both restrooms are out of order came in to grab a bite to eat if I needed to use the restroom and couldn’t even do it. I know why both restrooms are out of order. It’s called laziness where the staff doesn’t want to have to clean the restrooms again before they close. The lobby by the way this was on Sunday, December 22. This is not good for business. The owner needs to know about it.
