Absolutely delicious. Clean, friendly, nice spot to catch up with the kids after a tough week over a cold treat.

I loved that place and above all the attention and all the variety of ice creams there are delicious, they fascinate me. I will return ????

I've gotta say it's been a very long time since I wrote a negative review but I just couldn't let this go.Mind you, we have been coming to Menchies since they first opened and have always enjoyed the yogurt and service we received. Last night 4/19/24 was an exception to this to say the least due to the horrible service we received from the young lady working the closing shift. We arrived here at around 8:35pm, got our yogurt, went outside to find it to cold to eat and decided to go back in. We walked back inside at 8:46pm. The first thing she says is that they close I'm 5 minutes... this place closes at 9. Due to others being in line, we decided to sit down with the intent of hurrying and not being the last one in so we didn't hold her up. Due to my back being turned towards this young lady, i did not see her giving my daughter and niece rude dirty looks the entire time, making them feel ver uncomfortable. At 9:53 we walked out with the last of the others and immediately and immediately she locks the door. I am not going to go as far as to say I won't be back but if I happen to return and receive services anywhere close to this, I will never return to this establishment.

When I got there (at 1 pm) they seemed to be behind on opening because they were missing 4 flavors, and the lady there didn't make sure the available flavors were even ready, they came out as liquid... so I had to wait a bit for the machines and freeze the yogurt. Then when I go to check out and I show her the bingo board, and she at first didn't seem to understand what it even was, and said her scanner doesn't work, which was the main reason I went there in the first place. They also had no menchies spoons available but a few plastic ones that had some strange gunky stuff at the bottom of the jar they sat in.

I'm not coming back to this location.

TLDR; Don't come here if you're trying to play the bingo board.

I don't real like it.

Usually I go to the one in delta shore, but was around here and decided to stop, same thing, just here they don’t have boba other than that it’s good.

The ice-cream is ok, but the the young oriental girl that works there in the evening has no personality. And is very un friendly. She doesn't say hello or thank you or anything. She needs better training. And know how to communicate with customers. Who wants to be greater with someone just looking angry at you?

Always nice to go into a place and it looks and smells clean!

Terrible. Always so dirty and unsanitary. I have seen multiple cockroaches and the toppings are never clean. Times aren’t consistent. Since change of ownership it hasn’t been the same.

This store seems to have changed their hours from noon opening to 2pm opening. They haven't bothered to change the hours here on Google, nor on their own corporate website, they also don't have their hours posted on the door. I ended up going to Baskin Robins, I won't be back here because they just don't seem to care enough to let you know when they are even open.
