New York Bagel & Sandwiches

I have been a loyal customer for years, and they have yet to disappoint me. Whether I get one bagel or by the dozen for my team at work. The bagels are freshly made daily. The cream cheese is just the best. My favorite one has always been the jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. They also have a variety of coffee options. I believe it is a family own business. The people are always friendly and patient. It's definitely a good place for a quick bite.

This place is amazing. The bagels are truly great. I’m from Philly and it’s hard to find a good bagel in CA. This place nails it. And the owner / staff are very nice. Wish it were closer to my home in Berkeley. It would be the best bagel place in the East bay.

Food is great. The owners amazing very nice people. But today their front cashier not sure if she was having a day or not but she was very rude and disrespectful. My boyfriend and I like to try something new every time we’re there and already she’s like “ what do you want…. What cheese” with a rude tone we were like ok whatever and it’s my turn and I wasn’t sure what I wanted yet so I told her I wanted the American something and she proceeded to raise her voice and with her hands shaking them in circles and said “ alright what else what bread cheese like…” with attitude. If the owners of this place would like to keep their LOYAL customers they should teach their people to be nice and patient instead of rushing them.I don’t think I could go back after that incident. I feel sorry for the owners for having such an employee. This will hurt their business.

We love their breakfast bagel sandwiches! The bagels are baked fresh daily. I do think they could use some new updated tables & chairs inside for dine in.

Great bagels and quick service every time I visit I feel like I am back in Brooklyn getting a morning bagel. Most of the time it's not the morning but still anytime of day is great when the bagels are fresh like they are here. I never had a stale bagel and the sandwiches are good as well even though I feel that a little more meat may make a better sandwich it is prepared nicely and always fresh as well.

Skip Noah’s and Panera’s. Think hole-in-the-wall perfection. We ordered the ham and Swiss croissant this time. The owner also let us try a new pastry, too. Yum!The restaurant is clean, organized, has a large variety, and generous portions. The owners are so kind, too.

Always try to stop by when in the area. Love their breakfast sandwiches. Perfect bagels! Grabbed a couple bagel dogs to go for later. They were also awesome. The Jalapeño cheddar is my jam!

Incredibly reasonable prices for the quality of their goods. I love getting the sausage and cheese eggwich. Doesn’t matter which bagel because they’re all deliciously fluffy. I’m gonna have to try everything else there.

Here's the thing... I had every intention to make a review with a photo with it but I swear to god every time I receive my bagel, I forget and just gobble it up.

My go to here is Nova Lox in a Jalapeno Cheddar bagel. You might think cheddar and cream cheese is overkill but i'm here to tell you that you're wrong. It's a good blend of sharpness from cheddar, spicy from the jalapeno and who doesn't enjoy a classic smoked salmon and cream cheese combo?

The bagel is big, so it's good enough for a lunch or late breakfast. Other things i've tried would be the croissant sandwiches, and they're pretty good.

The croissant is flakey and soft and they typically put in some microgreens instead of lettuce and I enjoy that part!

Service is good. I haven't had a time where they weren't pleasant or accomodating. My only not so great comment is that it is pricey BUT the quality of their items speakz for itself.
