I haven't had Ono in a long while. My boyfriends first time. Be were both pleases. The amount of food is awesome.

I do recommend this place. The food is good. I don’t like shrimp however this was really good that I said to my husband I would like to eat it again. The place is ok. Needs to be more clean though. Like the tables and such. I had to ask the lady who works there to clean the table please so that my husband and I can sit there and eat. The people that works there they were nice. The service is more like McDonalds type of service. Eh. Try it out for yourself ☺️

I ordered BBQ beef and teriyaki chicken takeout. The flavor of both was excellent. The chicken was delicious and mostly tender, but some of the pieces were overcooked and tough. The beef was very tasty, however there was an unacceptable amount of gristle in many of the pieces, making them tough and chewy and I ultimately ended up spitting out most of it.
It's disappointing because I have ordered the beef before and I never encountered so much gristle (there's always bound to be some but it was never the majority of the serving). Please go back to the better quality of beef you used to serve and I will continue to order it. Otherwise, I will not. I feel it's definitely not worth the price as it is now.

Aloha to amazing food and service! The staff here is so friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The service was quick, yet gave us the space to enjoy our meal. The food was fantastic! The mahi-mahi was flaky and flavorful, and the coconut rice paired perfectly with the grilled shrimp. The ambiance was the highlight—tropical decorations, a calming atmosphere with soft music, and a relaxed vibe that made it feel like we were dining on the islands. Perfect spot for great food and an island-inspired experience. Will definitely return!

The food here is absolutely delicious every single time I come I'm always happy. To me this place is just as good as L&L Hawaiian BBQ you get a lot of food for $18. The customer service is great that's why I always come back here to enjoy a good lunch or dinner.

Excellent, comforting food. Love me some Hawaiian plate lunch. I got the aloha plate. I chose two proteins (bbq chicken snd chicken katsu. Both were so tasty. Soft pillowy rice. Came with a yummy side salad (not mac salad... I love mac salad but trying to be healthier!).
Interior is clean. It's a fast food feel similar to chipotle.
