Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I placed my order for dine in and my food was packaged for take out. I got told in a very snippy way when I said excuse me to a worker walking by. All I wanted was my drink. Then the kid àt the counter asked if I wanted ice. So I took my food to my car because I no longer wanted to dine in anyway. Got the food out and no BBQ sauce. Then my boneless wings were lukewarm. They were edible, but if they were fresh they would have been good. The highlight of the meal was that the red beans and rice were bomb. Will not be going back. Which is a shame because I work next door and we would never treat our customers like that!

Surely all the bad reviews are an exaggeration right? It’s a brand new store. Drive-thru wait was slow even though it was just me and one other car. I was missing items from my order and worst of all…..NO DIPPING SAUCE. They expect you to raw dog the chicken tenders with no sauce man. Don’t come here.

Worst food I have had in 20 years the fries were so dry it was like eating chips and then the chicken was also dry and the oil wasn't fresh absolutely disgusting

I left a review a few months ago it was originally a 1 star due to the fact that I waited 30plusmins with a bunch of other people. Gave it a chance again today and last week, so far received my order within 2 minutes, so it seems they fix the time issue.

Waited 45 min for a sandwich just for them to not give me the rest of my order, cost way too much to not even get my full order

I waited 33 minutes for my food order to be complete for a noncomplicated order. Plus, they don't season the chicken correctly... it tastes very bland. I ordered boneless wings at the kiosk only to find out they didn't have boneless wings when they gave me my order. The manager saw me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes and didn't say sorry or try to make things right. I had to ask her to give me a discount or something. This Popeyes has a lot of work to do.

Service is horrible. Workers are getting paid more to ignore you, provide under cooked food and be rude. Won't return here again. Nice neighborhood but, not worth the horrible service.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 apple pies. After 25 mins of waiting in the drive thru, I pull up to the window, pay and just for the man to say “I only have 1 pie.”Like why allow me to order & pay, just to tell me no. I will no longer return and will share my story with anyone who ask about this Popeyes location. They have horrible customer service.

So disappointed :( I had high hopes for this location since it’s brand new. And we live 5 min away.We ordered online right before pulling out of our driveway. The food that i was given for my meal was mediocre at best. So 10 min round trip. (Honestly maybe even less).My fries were cold, my sandwich cold and the meat was literally half the size of the bun.I genuinely think they covered it in mayo to hide it..anyways. Makes it easy not to get fat off Popeyes I guess.
