Love the people and all of kava cultures environment. I throughly enjoy going here and have for awhile now. All employees except a select few seemed annoyed by my questions because security likes to bully me. Makes me concerned to bring up any questions with them. I shouldn’t be concerned with how my kava is made here at this specific location. I wish the owner checked on his staff more.
I sat at the bar and waited but the bartenders only helped people who were standing in line at the register as if i wasnt sitting at the bar waiting. So after seeing them help everyone who was in line and helping people who walked in after me. I just got in the back of the line after 5 people who arrived after me and then was helped. Great experience from the Root Of Happiness team. Only positive experiences from the kavatenders Brea, Diana, Johnny, Nick, Alex. 10/10 will be coming back for clouds and great snacks.
