Wow! Every flavor was delicious. I love that they have kombucha, seltzer and tea. The gal working the room, Sabrina, was awesome! Great service.

We booked my wife’s 50th birthday party here and this place is highly recommended! The physical space was very accommodating , Sabrina and Monty were extremely gracious hosts (hostess), And of course the beverages were wonderful. All in all, we had a great time and look forward to going back.

We’re serious brewery goers, and we’re also a bit skeptical about hard kombucha. We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The owners and staff are amazing. The flavors are incredibly surprising and drinkable. We live two hours away and make a trip there at least twice per year. Keep it up Shorebirds!!

Great place to hang out! Drinks are good, atmosphere is great, and the guys behind the bar aren't bad to look at either.

Went for kombucha, left with new friends. Doesn't get any better than that :)

Best kombucha spot in NorCal. The variety of flavors are awesome and they change so you can try new flavors often. The owners and staff are friendly and the vibe here is dope. It's must try if you're in the area. I recommend the flights so you can try a little bit of everything and chose your preference.

The vibes and customer service were excellent! I loved all the flavors I tried, nothing was overly sweet like I assumed a kombucha-cider-seltzer place might be.The POG was my favorite, you can never go wrong with a passionfruit orange guava beverage. Lots of choices for a 6 pack to go, and I'm happy with the raspberry lemon ginger I got this visit. Can't wait to try the next batch.

Attended a birthday party here for a friend and was surprised I fell in love with the drinks. I don't normally like kombucha but this was pretty different. We were planning to bottle our favorite but it was quickly sold out. The baristas walked me through what I liked and what I didn't like and recommended one and on the first try, they got it right and I loved it! Will definitely come here again when I'm back in town and recommend to friends and family!

Hi-ya,So we went here with friends on a weekend and never had this before. I found out it's hard green tea...kind of tastes like the sweet "sours" beers. We all tried the samplers and then hand a glass of wha we liked most. It was small, it easy going with good customer service. The bathroom super clean. What was actually great was something that happened after we left. We left a purse hanging on a chair. We called and the owner? Or employee brought it out from behind the bar safe for us.Nice refreshing drinks and and great service!

Really hard to find unless you know where you’re going (speakeasy vibes) but REALLY good Kombucha and super nice folks. As hard as it is to find once we found it, it was nice to just chill with good quiet company and sip on a yummy beverage. I’d go back. Oh dog friendly as well!

Finally checked this place out after hearing about it for so long. Usually I'll frequent the various barrel district breweries off Sunrise but never really gave this place any thought since I don't really drink kombucha. I'm glad I finally gave them a try. Prices are fairly reasonable while the kombucha itself was refreshing and the service was excellent. It's in a quiet industrial building facing Folsom Blvd but I like the less crowded vibe. Got their flight and I was a big fan of the flavors along with the fact that it was much lighter on my stomach compared to the various fruited sours and IPAs I'll usually order at a craft brewery. I'll probably be back if I'm in the area.

Kombucha? What the heck is Kombucha? Wondering minds wandered into Shorebirds to find out. Well, actually, we didn't exactly wander in, the location is a bit in the back of an industrial area. But we searched and found, and were quite pleased with our discovery. We stood back from the bar for a bit, sizing things up. Nice venue, people seemed to be having a great time. Eight different Kombuchas on tap; which one to order? No need to decide, because they offer flights! We buckled our seatbelts (well, pulled up a seat at the bar), and got ready for take off, We both ordered a flight, so together we got to try all eight. My favorites were spiced pear, apple of my chai, and raspberry lemon ginger; but all flavors were great. It was fun to be able to taste them all. The owners were friendly and answered all our questions about Kombucha. Kombucha is a fermented, lightly effervescent, sweetened tea drink. The alcohol content of hard kombucha is roughly 6%, about that of beer, and it reminded me a bit of hard ciders, only better. Hard to explain, so you just have to try it for yourself.

Love the hard Kombucha, eight great flavors when we were there. Nice venue, owners are awesome! We'd never had Kombucha before. It's a little like various flavored ciders with just a hint of green tea flavor and mouth feel. We got a couple flights of four and some follow up pints. You can buy 64 oz growlers and 6-pack 12 oz cans to go. Thanks Randall and Monte! You're the best!
