I like the delicious fresh pizzas at Straw Hat Pizza. The pizzas here are very yummy, and the workers are friendly. The dining room is comfortable, with an excellent salad bar in the middle. Straw Hat Pizza has a good-sized parking lot. The rear parking lot is slightly bigger than the one in front of the restaurant. The parking lot is clean and looks safe to me.

Love the pizza here! The staff are extremely nice as well. The restaurant is also very clean. Overall it’s a great place with great food and excellent service including delivery.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza .. Then realized that I have left my cell phone in the car .Notified employee who took order . Quickly he acknowledged this fact....After coming back inside , sat down at my table without prompting the employee My food arrived at my table after 5 minutes . Great service BEFOREHAND and after the fact I fetched my phone

This place is by far one of the better chain restaurants pizza in the area. I bring in large groups of students often from our touring service and the kids always have a good time. Quality is excellent and I can't say enough about the manager/owner who is extremely attentive to any requests or needs we have. Customer service is always on point for us!

Very disappointed with phone call service.My husband attempted to order a pizza over the phone for pickup. When asked about pizza topping details. The woman began to shout in a hostile manner. Overall it was a rude and confusing experience. Not coming back here again. I hope she is okay.

Came to enjoy pizza with a couple of families. Service was terrible. One family never got pizza and got a refund. The owners were having a family party and that was more important. To top it up off we were finishing up close to closing time and were told it’s best if we leave. Don’t waste your time.
