I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Subway, thanks to Mina! As soon as I walked into the restaurant, she greeted me with a big, warm smile and such a friendly attitude. We even had a nice little conversation about how busy Mondays can be, which made the visit feel personal and welcoming.
Mina was incredibly polite, patient, and professional the entire time. She made my sandwich quickly and neatly while still taking the time to ask if I wanted anything else added. You could tell she cared about making sure everything was just right. The station and prep area were spotless, and she handled everything with care and confidence.
What really stood out to me was how kind and genuine Mina was — she truly made my day. I came from another Subway location where the employees were rude, but Mina completely changed my impression. She’s the perfect example of what great customer service should look like.
On top of that, we found out that both of our names, Sattar and Mina, are Persian — which was such a fun and unexpected discovery! It made the whole experience even more memorable.
Thank you, Mina, for being so professional, friendly, and caring. You are truly the best, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often because of your outstanding service. Subway is lucky to have you!

Went here a few months ago and the prices have gone way up for just a sandwich, it’s ridiculous. The amount of meat and toppings they give you is scarce. I don't know if it’s all subways now or just this location but jersey mikes blows this place away.

Obscene amount of sauce, I ordered through the app and specifically asked for less sauce on all the sauces I ordered to have a semi dry sandwich (since I know Subway always goes hefty with their sauce). Bread was soaking and subway wrap was incredibly dirty. It was a mess just opening it. Very disappointing because I was looking forward to my sandwich.

Placed a mobile order for a chicken bacon ranch, get back to the office and find no bacon on the sandwich. How do you make a chicken bacon ranch with no bacon? I had a chicken ranch sandwich!

David helped us and I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in and he knew my husband by name! He greeted us with a big smile, and was so fun and made us the best sandwich ever! Great customer service! Love this location!

The things that could be better: the girl was very sweet but whispered so I could not understand her especially with the accent.
The not okay. I was charged extra tax for prepared food because they gave it to me in a bag

This location is horrible, and I will never order from here again (Grubhub locations are limited - the one at 3040 Sunrise is great). Usually they barely wrap your sandwich so everything falls out, but this time was the last straw. This is the Philly Flatbread I received for just $15.84! I'm pretty sure this was supposed to be filled in two parts and sliced, not filled in ⅛ of the entire bread (which was stale and very flat, like a tortilla), and rolled up.
