The owners (two ladies) are extremely rude and condescending. Always making up their own rules for coupons. My mother (70yrs) unfortunately only has this subway close to her and every time they treat her incredibly bad. We've heard them over the phone, as we are talking to her. They're also really stingy and let homeless people lounge around and don't clean up after they leave.

BUT there was a guy standing there on his phone saying there closed for no reason the service is jus bad man. So i don't know why they closing but he was on his phone just chilling and having fun. such a bad place. how are you going to close an hour earlyyyy??? doo bettterrr.

This has to be the only place that I've been to in the last few years where every single employee is super nice. All establishments have one or two that stand out, but every interaction I had today can't be improved upon in any way. Both women out front were exceptionally sweet and kind, and the young man helping in the back was equally nice. I will go out of my way to visit this store again if I'm in this area. There are at least three within just a couple miles of each other.

Every time I go to this location they always are closing earlier than the time said, which is understandable with low staff. But this time really got on my nerves when I called 5 minutes before I got to the location to make sure it was open because of the incidents of past times. The guy on the phone told me that they closed at 9 (it was 8:15). I arrived at this store location and right as I’m getting out of my car the employee is showing hand signals to me telling me that I can’t come in. I was confused because I was literally just on the phone with him. I walked in and tried to see why they were closing early when I just confirmed so that this sort of thing wouldn’t happen. They continued to tell me that they want to close early and that they’re hungry. I ended up just leaving frustrated. I haven’t had very good experiences with this location but this time it was a bit ridiculous.
There was a guy eating in the back while making sandwiches, how is that sanitary??? Ordered online and specified extra on multiple items for my sandwich’s and I was given regular or none at all. Items were missed and barley any sauce. Go in and order so you can see them make it so you get what you want !

My husband is a huge fan of Subway's meatball marinara subs and has consistently had a handful of great meatball subs from here. He used to go to the one in Capital Village off of Zinfandel but they unfortunately closed. Despite living in Rancho for so long and this location being open forever, we never frequented it until just a few weeks ago.Each time we've been here, we ordered on the app and the sandwich was ready to go, hot and delicious. The owner is also super sweet. She's very friendly and always greets us.

This is the best Subway that I know in rancho! The owner and workers are so sweet and greet me everytime I come in. I have gone to other Subways of course, but this one never fails to make my sandwich perfectly! The shop itself is always kept clean and welcoming for costumers to eat there.

This was my first time at this location, and this is the worst subway I've ever had... the sandwich was so sloppy. It's like they just threw everything together.. Once I opened up the sandwich, everything almost fell out (good thing I had extras napkins in my car). I also had a small piece of hair that was stuck onto my bread. Too bad I was on my lunch break.. Definitely won't be coming back to this location.
