“I've only experienced the drive thru service at this Wienerschnitzel and whether it's during the week or on the weekends it's never crowded (maybe 2-3 cars the most) and yes the wait is a few minutes longer than your average wait time in a drive thru but the food is always nice and hot I can honestly say I've never had a cold fry here and the workers are nice and polite“

“Well I'll admit the new drive thru AI ordering system can be frustrating and exhausting to deal with. The staff however is always sure to double check what you've ordered at the window for accuracy. Maybe train the staff to wash hands after handling money, then handing a customer an ice cream cone with no paper wrapper on it. And maybe practice making the cone a little more filled with soft serve, they used to come so much bigger filled in size.“

“I placed an order for pickup and accidentally placed it to the wrong location. I went to pick up at the Eastvale location and realized my mistake. I let the employees know and they were wonderful. “They make the American Cheese Corndog so perfectly here, always crisp and dark brown, never under done. And the funnel cake sticks are soft and crunchy at the same time. The lemonade is always so refreshing and the service is outstanding. This is one of the best places to eat anywhere around for me. I love the food, and I love the vibe. “Lora is exceptionally wonderful and does her job well and you can tell she takes passion in her career with the company as a whole. Customer service is about going above and beyond for customers and that’s exactly what Lora B does! Every time my mother and me come through the drive thru she not only is very attentive but is also very friendly and always has a smile on her face! My mom and me will continue to look forward to seeing Lora when we stop in for our ice cream cones but until then Lora thank you so much for your wonderful customer service and keep up the hard work and we will be seeing you soon! “I LOVE Wienerschnitzel way back when it was called Der Weinerschnitzel back in 1965. Now, ironically I am 65, LOL!!! I have to admit I have not been to one in a couple of years because their prices had seemed to have skyrocketed like every other fast food restaurant around. But, I was VERY HUNGRY and I REMEMBERED to look up their Coupon app. I used to LOVE to get their coupon paper in the mail EVERY WEEK!!! It made a HUGE DIFFERENCE in the prices.. The food was as DELICIOUS as EVER!!! I had LUNCH as dine in and about 6 hours later I went back for DINNER takeout, LOL!!! ????????❤️?

Parking: EASY ACCESS and PLENTY of parking, at the Jurupa Valley location off of the 60 freeway at Etiwanda. They even had a CONVENIENT Drive Thru too. ☺️?

Kid-friendliness: The service was GREAT and VERY FRIENDLY. There were children at other tables and EVERYONE seemed VERY HAPPY enjoying their meals. ☺️?

The donuts were perfectly chewy with that signature mochi texture—crispy on the outside, soft and bouncy inside. The chocolate glaze was rich and indulgent, while the churro flavor had the perfect blend of cinnamon and sugar.

Beyond the delicious treats, the owner was so kind and welcoming, making the experience even better. You can tell they put a lot of care into both their donuts and customer service.
