Just tasted P Train’s BBQ at an event and was blown away! Turns out that this excellent blend of BBQ traditions from around the U.S. is the perfect recipe for solid BBQ. Using a custom built smoker made to look like train engine, Pat - the ‘P’ in P Train, expertly smokes pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, and for a California twist - tri-tip.
