“Let me just start off by saying I've had my fair share of pretty good pretzels from different locations. But this one is by far the best one! First, the pretzel itself was so soft so moist and full of flavor and most importantly...love. Second, the two workers there Carlee and Robin, were so friendly and patient. They made me feel so welcome. Overall the service and the food was a 100/10 thanks to those two youngins! A raise should be considered?“

“Pleasantly surprised at how good the pretzels are compared to NYC cart vendor ones.
We requested a pretzel with no butter so the person made one fresh for us.
After a brief but worth the wait, this place didn't disappoint.
The only thing that stood out for us was the price. Never paid so much for one but we were in the mood for a pretzel.
No issues with accessibility. ♿“

“Came here around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. There were no other customers. There were a few bags of pretzel bites, but only one pretzel available - pepperoni. I had a coupon on the app for a free cinnamon or original, so I just asked the cashier if I could get the pepperoni one with it. The guy easily agreed and gave it to me. Yummy taste and soft pretzel bread!“
