“Yesterday night it was 9pm and they were closing and my kid wanted pretzel bites. They at the counter just gave her the cup and did not charge. It was warm and soft pretzel still. So they were great and I’d go to them again when at the mills.“

“Let me just start off by saying I've had my fair share of pretty good pretzels from different locations. But this one is by far the best one! First, the pretzel itself was so soft so moist and full of flavor and most importantly...love. Second, the two workers there Carlee and Robin, were so friendly and patient. They made me feel so welcome. Overall the service and the food was a 100/10 thanks to those two youngins! A raise should be considered?“

“When visiting the Victoria Gardens mall & I want to get a snack, my first thought is a Wetzel Pretzel with salt. I’m not crazy about bread but I do love a good pretzel!! They are always made just right and the smell is captivating. Their customer service is always great! I’m not a fan of their cheese as it is prepackaged. And their lemonades are pretty good.“
