Honestly the pistachio matcha is amazing. By far the best I ever had!
what a hidden gem truly. owner was incredibly friendly and got my drink out fast. I got an iced pistachio latte and this was so perfect, incredibly smooth and the perfect amount of sweetness for me. The pistachio flavor doesn’t overwhelm the espresso at all, but still strong enough that you can taste it. Love love LOVE the coffee and how lovely the owner is! ☕️🤍 If you get a chance, try her pistachio latte — it’s my absolute favorite!!!! Not too strong, not too sweet… just perfect.
She does such a wonderful job connecting with customers and making everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. I’d be lying if I said her coffee doesn’t make my day so much better at times. 🥹

Statera Cafe is a hidden gem inside The Grid gym in Rancho Cucamonga. The bright, clean, and welcoming spot is perfect for a post-workout pick-me-up. The owner is incredibly friendly and makes everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. The iced pistachio latte is a favorite — incredibly smooth with the perfect amount of sweetness. The pistachio flavor doesn’t overwhelm the espresso, and the cold foam is very pleasant. The golden bean, cafe de olla with cold foam, and blueberry latte are also delicious. The creative seasonal flavors are a fun way to experiment with unique flavors. Every drink is crafted with in-house syrups, super rich and smooth. The coffee is some of the best, and the barista makes every customer feel valued. A small amount of grounds may settle at the bottom of the drink, but everything else is so great that it isn’t an issue. This coffee spot is addicting and will have you coming back for more.
