This place is 5 star in every respect. I can't find a place in the Valley that serves beef ribs. While placing an order on the phone, I asked the guy helping me if there was a chance Dickey's could serve them one day a week as a special. He suggested I could bring my own store bought beef ribs in to his location and he would smoke them for me.
