“Gorgeous, spacious restaurant with incredible views from the Ritz-Carlton. Not crowded. Chic crowd. Not that pricey considering. Excellent service. Not a huge menu but everything tasted great. Had short ribs which could have used more/better accompanying fare. The meat was extremely tender and tasty. My son had Salmon risotto and loved it. Apple crumble to overly sweet and large enough to share. Considering restaurant prices these days, excellent value and overall experience.“
“Celebrated my mom's 80th. The staff went out of their way to make my mom feel special. Worked with me so I was able to bring party favors and cupcakes ahead of time. The food was out of this world. I saw other reviews say the food was OK, but I found it to be outstanding. I've eaten at many Michelin star restaurants and our food was just cooked to perfection! We will be back!“
“Living here for the past 14 years and critical of dining in the Desert in general, this is a hidden gem! The peaceful views of the golf course and Palm Trees set against the mountains really sets this place apart.The service was excellent as well as the food. The bar is amazing and I had two Old Fashioneds. The Penny Salad was a good choice with the burger. My friend had the Salmon special and said it was perfect! As far as price, it is moderate for the Desert. I highly recommend this place for a special occasion for a unique dining experience in a unique location with nice views of Desert Island and the mountains!“
“This was our very first visit to CCC and we found the food to be good, but the portions varied and were not always equal to the high prices of this Cafe. When one pays 10.99 for chili cheese fries the portion should be bigger than a soup bowl portion, the CCC breakfast burrito was EXTREMELY small for 13.99. We have many spots I have given reviews on that blow this place out of the water with prices equal to portions.With that said, food is good.“

Here's our experience on a Saturday evening:Ambiance: Parking was easy as the venue is located in a plaza with plenty of available spaces. There are several seating options available, including inside, outside, bar style, and extra seating for larger groups. The venue can accommodate around 60 people.The overall feel of the place is great - it's like a downtown vibe without actually being in downtown. The DJ played a mix of samba and pop music and there were games and photo opportunities available. “Every trip to the Agua Caliente Resort in Rancho Mirage is a great trip. The Waters Cafe has many delicious meals for every taste. The service is always prompt and friendly. The laid back upscale cafe atmosphere is very comfortable as you enjoy your meal. They also have a full bar attached, if you want to enjoy your meal there. The resort has all the upscale amenities you'd expect from a luxury resort and they do not disappoint.“
“An exemplar of Fine Dining, WDT is purportedly the last incarnation of an LA restauranteur'd famous Velvet Turtle establishments, with a handful of the dishes his French chef created for them (Wild Mushroom Soup, Dover Sole and heavenly Souffles among them). Two brave souls ordered the Calves (Calf?) Liver and raved about it. The Somellier was excellent, guiding us toward an excellent Pinot and (my favorite) the Super Tuscan. All in all, a great night out and a never-forget imptession for our customers.“
