“Absolutely 💯 amazing, exceptionally high quality of meat, clean ingredients and perfect menu. They use local honey, dates butter, the sourdough bread, pretzels and lavash are just like from Europe. We had the delicious juicy and big queen steak with delicious beef and horse radish dips, delightful mashed potatoes, and as well their vegan plate, the cauliflower steak with basil pesto, vegetable and rice. Everything was a bomb. The service as well. I loved the atmosphere and enjoyed our dinner very much. Coming back soon“

“This isn’t an absolute hidden jewel in Palm Desert. I have been going here for years and the war wonton soup, chicken with Snow peas and cashew chicken is the absolute best! I’m sure the other dishes are just as amazing but these are so great that I get them every time. These people deserve a much higher rating than they’ve been given. “Overall, Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar offers a pleasant experience, although it falls a little short of being memorable. The cocktails are decent and well made, but nothing really stands out. The same can be said about the food: good quality and enjoyable, but not something that stays in your mind afterwards. Service, however, was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and contributed positively to the evening. The biggest weakness is definitely the atmosphere. For a bar, the space is much too brightly lit, which takes away from the relaxed and welcoming feeling you would normally expect. A warmer, more intimate lighting concept could make a huge difference. Overall, good, but there is definitely room for improvement.“

Myself on the other hand had a cup of clam chowder $9 was just okay and l ordered a jumbo shrimp cocktail which was very disappointing @ $18 l was expecting at least 5/6 Jumbo shrimps what l got were 3 jumbo shrimps with a about 6 baby shrimps! Not sure why? l didn't ask but though wow a bait & switch! The service was the ticket the order taker and busboy were spot on smiling helpful and easy to order with!“

I had the Chile Relleno with cheese (vegetarian options available, which was super nice!) and my husband had the Enchiladas de Mole with chicken - and both were delicious! The mole sauce is definitely of 5-star quality! It was all so fresh and authentic, with the foods being beautifully presented on the plates. I also highly recommend the horchata drinks there too!“
