Old Fisherman's Grotto in Monterey, CA, has been around since 1950, and they made their logo in 1950 (basically the same logo you took upon yourself to use). You need to do more than take their logo and edit it for your own restaurant.

We came back for the Oysters Rockefeller, which we remembered fondly from several years ago. They did not disappoint!
