There are several seating options available, including inside, outside, bar style, and extra seating for larger groups. The venue can accommodate around 60 people.The overall feel of the place is great - it's like a downtown vibe without actually being in downtown. The DJ played a mix of samba and pop music and there were games and photo opportunities available. The atmosphere, food and staff service were amazing! We were served by Justin who is extremely friendly and makes us feel very welcomed. His recommendations were all on point and we have to recommend them as well. The baked Brie, beef carpaccio, shrimp ceviche and tuna Ahi lettuce wraps coupled with their amazing cocktails. The prices in this restaurant are also extremely affordable given the quality ingredients that they served. “Bar Cecil is the best restaurant in the Coachella Valley. Not only is the food excellent but the staff is incredible. The host, Jimmy, really does whatever he can to get you seated ASAP when you don't have a reservation. He's so friendly and kind. All the staff is seriously top notch! She seemed like she genuinely enjoyed people and her disposition was very authentic and rare among servers. There was also a bus person on staff who was prompt with filling waters, clearing plates, etc. It is clear that this restaurant takes service very seriously. Despite the great service, it never felt stuffy btw.The food was also on par with the service. We had salads (one pear and two beet), the Chilean sea bass, cioppino, crab cakes, and a few dishes for the kids. “This is a really cute dinner place. Good cocktails. They bring out individual pieces of warm fresh bread which is delicious instead of a bread basket. Luckily they offered us a second slice. Carne asada was flavorful but the dish could have used another side. The service is excellent. I recommend making a reservation as this restaurant is quite popular. We had the special of the night which was a NY Strip and then we also ordered the king crab legs. Both were amazing and we were so happy with our selection. I had the Seabass & my husband had the meatloaf. We shared the Miami vice salad as a starter and the carrot cake for dessert. Didn't have any drinks so can't comment there. The Seabass was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. Perfect portion. My husband loved the meatloaf. The picture doesn't do it any justice. They brought complimentary bread rolls (one each). The slice of cake is large & definitely for sharing & worth trying. It's a small restaurant with most of the seating on the side patio. Our reservation was at 5:30 in April & some of the tables still had partial sun. Our server Alexia was very attentive. I would love to go back. We brought our dog & they gave him water & treats.“

“This is my go-to special occasion restaurant and it's a huge treat whenever I get to eat here. It's not a vegan restaurant, but their menu is much more plant focused than most. On our last visit we got the grilled artichoke appetizer which was unbelievably tender and is served with warm vegan butter for dipping, the paella and the king oyster scallops. All were excellent. My friend has never eaten vegan food before and was blown away. He said the king oyster scallops were one of the best meals he's ever had! We also got the warm chocolate cake for dessert, which was amazing. Bonus - they have a fab mocktails menu including CBD drinks which were seriously delicious. “An exemplar of Fine Dining, WDT is purportedly the last incarnation of an LA restauranteur'd famous Velvet Turtle establishments, with a handful of the dishes his French chef created for them (Wild Mushroom Soup, Dover Sole and heavenly Souffles among them). Two brave souls ordered the Calves (Calf?) Liver and raved about it. The Somellier was excellent, guiding us toward an excellent Pinot and (my favorite) the Super Tuscan. All in all, a great night out and a never-forget imptession for our customers.“
