“This is what a cigar bar should be. It is a bit on the sports bar cigar bar side. You can purchase house cigars all the way to classic and some of the higher end cigars. Need a drink, they have those also, cocktails, beer, wine. Are you on the peckish side (hungry)? You can order a meal or just have some bar food. Let me also inform you that bringing your own cigars is perfectly fine. They have a fairly wide selection, but smoke'em if you got'em. Let me just end by saying this is a very inviting cigar lounge, enter have a seat, grab a drink, and smoke to prime relaxation.“

“I was just invited for my Birthday Afternoon Tea Celebration at this wonderful venue! Everything was perfect..The food, the atmosphere, the staff and Willie himself! The attention to detail was much appreciated. Lovely tea service, the live harp music, beautifully presented food. Our waiter made sure our yummy Vanilla Earl Grey Tea was always refreshed and hot. Highly recommend this cool and elegant restaurant! Can’t wait to come back!!“

“Selected this property for a short stay in the desert. I had seen mixed reviews since COVID but my personal experience was very positive. Received an incredibly warm welcome from Luke at the Front Desk. He could not have been more gracious and helpful. He even walked us to our room [#302]. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member I was very grateful that my suite upgrade request had cleared. The room was spacious and well laid out. There was a queen bed and a separate sofabed [no mention of this on the website though]. Two negatives included a lot of noise from the outside street [Indian Canyon Drive is a very busy road] also the bathroom really smelled whenever we took a shower.. the drains clearly need to be cleaned out. Everything else was great though...location is awesome...pools are really nice. One piece of advice...the cost of parking is not worth it...we parked on the surrounding streets. Recommend you do the same.“

“It has a great atmosphere and the music is really good. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the bathrooms were quite dirty — and since it’s a place where a lot of girls go, we definitely expect cleaner restrooms. Other than that, it’s in a great location and it’s a fun spot overall.“

“My knowledge base is one visit on December 23. I found Tryst to be a fun and inviting place. The barter was attentive. It was a mixed (age, gender) and friendly crowd. I am not aware of a food menu and therefore didn’t rate. To me it was a bit more relaxed than the nearby Arenas venues. I’d come back anytime for a drink and chat with friends. Patrons were laughing and having a good time. The “vibe” was good.“

I would say that the service here is a highlight. The people working here are genuinely happy and good people who are providing an exceptional level of attentive and professional service. They went above and beyond for our group on several occasions and regardless of which server we got of the time of day, it was always a good experience.

It is a hotel bar/restaurant, so things a little more expensive than you might expect, however everything is made to a very high quality and was consistently delicious, with the added benefit that it can be delivered to the pool side if you wish.

The atmosphere is fine. Reminds me of a few Mexico City bars that I have been to, nothing special, but not bad in any way. Only negative mark I might give it in earnest would be the music, which ranged from not good to what seemed like AI generated slop.“
