Stopped by El Pollo Loco during lunch rush on my way to work and had an amazing experience! Let Veronica know I was in a pinch and she crushed it - food was ready in under a minute 🚀. Big shoutout to Veronica and the kitchen crew for the lightning-fast service!

Staff kept taking other customers despite the fact that I had been waiting for a pickup since before some of them arrived. Gave me a dirty look when I spoke up, and then left items out of my order while refusing to actually speak to me. Inexcusable failure of customer service.

Absolutely a very horrific experience. The food must’ve been sitting on the grill for at least an hour. The employees were laughing and giggling it took so long to get my food. And I was the only one in the restaurant at 805 pm. Your employees need to learn Customer Service. Your restaurant used to be so good. The food used to be so fresh.

Food was freshly cooked and very hot. I've never received my order before quite so hot. Employee that helped us was friendly, and professional. The restaurant was clean and items like napkins and straws were well stocked.

I love this location so much. It's worth the extra drive. Staff is so cool and awesome. Parking is a bit hard during rush hour. Overall service is way better than other locations.
