We lucked out and came on the last Saturday of the month when the dueling pianos duke it out vocally and musically and they delivered for us and our kids. They played crowd favorites and kid favorites. Not a lot of places you can hear Sweet Caroline followed by Peaches from Super Mario Brothers. The service was great too. They accommodated cocktails and charcuterie for the the adults and milk and cookies for the kids with ease.

Terrible service. Asked if we needed menus, promptly forgot about us. We had to flag down a waitress and ask again, and it took them close to half an hour to get us the menus. After that they never returned to take our orders. We were waiting for close to an hour after we got the menus. Ended up leaving after that.

During my recent visits to Terrena Lobby Bar and Terrace, I was treated to what can only be described as an exemplar of hospitality. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that the bar prides itself on its management and service. The staff was not just attentive but seemed to possess an almost telepathic ability to anticipate my needs before I was even aware of them myself. Whether it was a refill, drink, or suggesting a snack, their timing was impeccable. The ambiance of Terrena adds to its charm, with a cozy fireplace that invites relaxation and an ocean view that is breathtaking. It's a perfect blend of comfort and scenic beauty, making it an ideal spot for both casual visits and special occasions. However, perfection is elusive, and it's in the spirit of constructive feedback that I must mention the furniture... While the hotel lobby does have a very nice aesthetic, some of the furniture is showing some signs of wear and could benefit from some refurbishment and/or replacement. It's a small detail in the grand scheme however addressing it would surely enhance the overall experience for guests as a first impression when they walk into the hotel Despite this minor critique, Its strengths far outweigh this small opportunity for improvement, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit.

My mom and I came here the other night for some food & drinks and we had such a great experience! Camryn was our server, she was very attentive and friendly, the service was exceptional! She recommended the drink sage advice, it was the perfect balance between refreshing and sweet, and the calamari and tuna tartare was delicious! The calamari was cooked perfectly and the tuna was so fresh. Overall, we had an amazing experience at the Lobby Bar and will be coming back very soon!

Ambiance is great, food just ok, server did not check on us even once. I've eaten here twice and had the same server both times. Both times she never checked on us. We only got the food and the bill. We ended up staying way longer than we wanted to because we could not locate her to get the check. That's not even why I'm writing this review. We sat on the patio couches, not planning on eating originally but got a few things to share. 4 adults and 4 kids all under 3 years old. The server charged us $34.80 for being a large group AND another $34.80 for mandatory tip (none of these were mentioned on the menu or to us). It took so long to get the bill that we just paid without looking because the kids were fussing. I called right after I left and spoke to the manager to make sure this was correct and she said it absolutely wasn't and asked me to email her the receipt to correct it. I immediately sent it while we were on the phone. Manager never bothered to respond and never corrected the charge. [email protected] Extremely disappointed. Now about the food: The only thing I ordered for my daughter was the burger and fries because she doesn't eat pizza so there was nothing else for her to eat. The burger has a spicy sauce so it went completely untouched. I still was ok paying bc we ordered it. Ok fine Calamari was good. Waygu was still mooing. Completely undercooked. The waitress would have been told this if we had been checked on. lol I just noticed we got taxed on the gratuity as well. Nice.

Best New Year Celebration! The room has lost some room, due to bar and toy train setup, which should be put in lobby hall so not to take up room in the lounge area, and to accommodate more people with small tables and chairs.

Love the fire pits outside or the ability to go for a sunset walk with a drink in hand. Great hidden gem for locals in the South Bay to just relax with some drinks!
