Great food, fun ambience and good service. Would recommend this restaurant whether you're staying at the resort or just coming for in for lunch or dinner.

Came here with my family for a birthday celebration. The waitress was not the best. When we gave her our cakes she was confused on what to do with them. She also didn't tell us the tip was included so on top of the 18% she got another 20% for not telling us. She barely checked in, our waters were empty, she just looked confused the entire time. And we still wanted to tip her. But the extra tip is insane. They haven't called us back either to give us our refund.

Beautiful location- we were seated right next to the ocean for my friend's birthday and the view and sound of the waves crashing was lovely. The complimentary parking up the hill was great, a huge plus, and the food was good- nothing spectacular but it tasted fresh. Service was nice too.

Can't beat the surroundings right on the Pacific Ocean! Menu heavier in seafood. I've been there when it was loud and sometimes quiet. Depends on the crowd dining. Nothing disturbing by loud I mean lively! Ask for an outside table. A little pricey but your at a first class hotel :-)

Excellent table location, good service, quality of product was good. Poke Bowl was a bit disappointing in size and amount of poke. Served in a very small bowl, not much more basically than a cup of white rice and a small portion of tuna...but quality was good. Salmon salad was good in quality and size portion. Pretzel is always worth getting. Beautiful setting on the cliff. Great experience overall.

We had an amazing evening at Nelsons with a high top table overlooking the ocean with an awesome sunset. The food was delicious and our waitress was lovely.

A lovely place for lunch and admire the ocean. We sat outside and the day was beautiful! Ordered salads which were super fresh and then the chocolate biscoff mousse to make it a perfect ending for our lunch date. A must try place for everyone. We drove all the way from Irvine and it was totally worth it. Shout out to our server Henry who was so kind and took such good care of us.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect, the food as usual was delish!, the drinks were refreshing, and our waiter, Henry, was versed in both the cuisine and drinks. He was very attentive and looked after us very well. My guest had never been to Nelson's before like I had, but she left knowing she'll be coming back. Thank you again.

We have eaten at Nelsons twice, first experience with our server Martin was fantastic! Our first experience was so wonderful. We decided to go back a second time and that experience our waiter was absolutely awful. He basically forgot about us, appetizers came with no side plates so we couldn't share. Just overall I'm not good experience .

I had reserved an outdoor dining table about one week prior to arriving to celebrate a friend's birthday and was placed at a picnic table in the dirt area as all of the nice outdoor tables were somehow unavailable. It was hot and the food was mediocre. Not sure why I reserved in advance?
