The $5 meal at Wendyβs is honestly one of the best deals in fast food right now. You get a solid combo burger, nuggets, fries, and a drink for the price of what most places charge just for a sandwich. The food comes out hot and fresh more often than not, and itβs plenty filling without breaking the bank.

Iβve been here at least half a dozen times since theyβve opened and theyβve only got my order right once. The workers are super nice but man, GET IT TOGETHER OVER THERE π. I highly advise checking your grub before leaving the line.

Billed $30+ for my order just to receive two small shakes, then get a refund like if its coming from across the world. And if I want my food I have to be out of pocket twice? Make it make sense

I've been here twice and they've gotten my order wrong twice.
It's as if the item numbers on the digital menu don't match what they have at the cashier.
I even clearly state each time that I'm asking for a Baconator but get a Dave's Triple. I have no idea where the miscommunication is happening.

MELISSA & STEVEN!!!! Super organized very patient with me i drove from (Beaumont) to visit my nephew that works @ the cruise π³ lines locally. I just had a double Hernia repaired 2 days ago so it was difficult putting my order together on the app. The were the perfect example of customer service and it shows in this location. Thank you team.

Crazy! The only thing that brought me here was the chili. Ordered chicken sandwich meal.. that meal was $18. Along with the chili, over $25.. what happened to fast food prices? As a consumer very disappointed for what I got and the price I paid. I was better off going across the street to Marie Callender's and getting a fresh croissant sandwich and a cup of chili for $20. Wendy's very disappointed.

The food is exactly what you would expect for a Wendy's. The problem is that you never know if you'll get what you ordered. In the last 4 visits they've forgotten burgers, orders of fries, and basic customizations. If you're willing to diligently check their work before walking out the door you'll be fine, otherwise you're in for a very disappointing experience. With In and Out across the corner you'd be better off dealing with the line than stressing about this place doing the bare minimum.

I had hope when they first opened but it went down hill from there. They're open late & usually not too crowded. The girl who is on the drive thru is nice but food hit & miss

i'm a drive thru kind of person and mostly use this when I go out around the area. I was surprised (at least when I went) that they had someone take your order outside which is similar to how In-n-Out across the street does when it gets really crowded. I don't think this was warranted but I'm guessing it was to add a sense of service since In-n-Out does the same.
This Wendy's replaced another joint which I never saw busy possibly due to the location itself (hard to get in/out depending on which side of the road you're on). In my case, I usually just go out around this side of my area after 9:30pm because Western Ave has heavy traffic with yuppy drivers that seem intent on murdering you as you try to make left/rights on that hilly side of the road.
I think I got a Baconator combos and chicken nuggets which came out to over $21. While the food was hot and tasted fine, the price was what got me. I can get a similar meal over at the McD's a little further up the street through their app for $12 (not including bacon btw) or even Jack in the Box for $15. So why am I getting shafted on the price this badly? I wouldn't mind this price if the place was opened later because there's really nothing else in the area. But In-N-Out can fill me up for $12 and they stay open until 1am (not to mention I can make a trip to Ralphs without dealing with the hassle of getting to/from a bad location)
I think if they lower by price to something competitive by say $6-7 overall, then they might get my business more frequently. But if I want a good burger, I'll just go to In-N-Out and wait a little longer (like I did last night when I was trying to decide between the two)

Gone twice to this location, first time they shorted us a burger. This time handed me both Frosties with it running down the sides of the cups. Why would anyone want that in their car? I called the manager and she hung up on me. Will not be going back a third time.
