The food didn't have the flavor I was hoping to get from the meat. I would have to say the veggies on the side of my taco were great and loaded with flavor. The portion size for one taco is quite larger than any other tacos I have had here in town so far.
Pork sopes are to die for!! Love the flavor and the pineapple they put on top. But what really impressed me is when I ordered a couple sopes and burritos and I’m a big baby when it comes to spicy and so when he asked if we wanted mild I said ok. But when I got home and started eating my mouth was on fire. I was totally bummed out and I called them thinking they probably won’t do anything about it. But I was wrong. Literally the best taco truck in NorCal , been struggling to find good Mexican good in the Shasta/tehama area since moving here and this has been the only one I have genuinely enjoyed. Support small businesses and eat here! I got the nachos minus the sour cream and pico.
