“Great food and service. The overall experience was great and the unique decor and paintings add for a unique experience. There are many hot sauces and branded products for sale in the restaurant. The burritos are giant and very filling with many make-it yourself options including pollo, asada, chilli verde and many more. Vegetarian options available. POLLO IS JUAN'S FAVORITE!“
“My son and I were visiting the area and this place was highly recommended for its carnitas. They were excellent. Servings were generous, including the house margarita. The service was excellent, friendly. My son loved the deep fried ice cream!“
“Today we were in Red Bluff on business and had heard that La Corona was a great mom and pop Mexican food restaurant and we had to give it a shot.Well damn good thing we did! The service and food were amazing! Waiters/waitress teams kicked butt! Chips and salsa right away, drinks to follow! Food is like grandma made it! Robust flavor of home cooking. My wife had grilled chicken tostada supreme, and I had the chili Colorado plate with a grilled jalapeño! Ohhh My Goodness! Off the hook! Nothing better! If you're in Red Bluff, do yourself a flavor favor, LA Corona!7-27-22Another amazing meal today for lunch! Service could not be any better! These folks rock with both fantastic authentic Mexican food and even better service! If you are in Redbluff, don't miss the opportunity to eat here!3-5-24Lunch today. Such awesome folks. Today we were served by Juan and Vanessa, both are superstars! Food is always amazing. Authentic and delicious! I don't get here enough, it's an hour trip from home but so worth the drive! I promise to make it more often. When in Red Bluff, or just passing by, LA Corona is definitely worth the stop!“
“This Mexican restaurant is amazing! Their service is outstanding, so friendly and fun! Everything coming out of the kitchen smells so good! Some plates are still frying and sizzling when they hit the table. The drinks were great, I would definitely recommend trying Carlitos out!“
“I noticed this place didn't have a page on yelp, but it's way too good to gate keep and deserves some love on this page. I ate here over a few months ago, but I've been craving some so I'm writing this lol. The surf and turf burrito is definietely worth it There's plenty of pictures online, just not on yelp weirdly enough.“
“Pretty good taco truck! Great variety including GF tortillas and vegetarian/vegan options. My husband had carnitas and I had carne asada, both delicious. And it's nice they have a shaded patio area for sitting.Vegetarian options: Tofu burritos and veggie fajita taco/burritosDietary restrictions: GF options“
“Ordered for pickup during lunch and gave the time I’d arrive. The woman who took the call didn’t ask for my name which concerned me, but she did ask if I’d be taking it to go or eating there. No one offers that! Walked in and she knew exactly what I ordered! I was impressed because it’s been a bit since I ate there. Went back to work and my food was still hot, tasty, and filling! I didn’t need dinner because the portion was perfect! I found my new favorite lunch place.“
“The staff was extremely friendly. The food was unbelievably good. we will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area it's worth the trip off the freeway!Vegetarian options: yes someDietary restrictions: yesParking: large parking lotKid-friendliness: yes!Wheelchair accessibility: yes“
“I’m gonna have to get some photos next time I’m there BUT the quesadilla is out of this world. I have a question. Why do so many Mexican food trucks look at you crazy when you ask for Crema and they offer sour cream instead? Because I definitely want the Crema instead of sour cream, just like you. Well guess what- Tacos Santa Cruz doesn’t have it either! JUST KIDDING. They do. And it’s ridiculous on the quesadilla. It’s loaded and everything is fresh. There’s about a zillion Mexican good trucks in Red Bluff but THIS THE ONE. And they don’t take tips so ‘ode to joy’ there.Kid-friendliness: Yep. They like kids.Parking: So much room your wife could even drive that trailer across the street and park it, then walk. Well after you get done yelling at each other about how to back up- then you get in there anyway and do it yourself. Or maybe it’s you- not her.Wheelchair accessibility: Yep, you could fit all the wheelchairs.“
“Guadalajara is my favorite mexican restaurant in the north state. Their Enchiladas Vegetarianas are excellent. I love their tangy green sauce. We like it so much, sometimes we drive from Chico to Red Bluff just to go out for dinner there. Their burritos, fajitas, taco salad--all yummy!“
“Literally the best taco truck in NorCal , been struggling to find good Mexican good in the Shasta/tehama area since moving here and this has been the only one I have genuinely enjoyed. Support small businesses and eat here! I got the nachos minus the sour cream and pico.“
“I got a carnitas burrito. Really, really good. It's hard for me to wrap my brain around a $12 burrito (if not more), but that seems to be what they cost all across Red Bluff, anywhere--and I'm determined to try them all. I'll go back but will ask for less rice, and more **anything** else, including avocado or sour cream, cheese, beans, cilantro. I recommend at least trying this place (also, a great market in its own right--and you can get beer). The women in the food truck were friendly and professional; I think I just need to be more assertive about what I want--less rice.“
“We went here tonight just to give it a shot as we have been disappointed recently with our two usual Mexican restaurants lately and wow!!!! The food was amazing the fajitas some of the best I have had in a very long time. So much flavor I didn’t need to add anything on it cause it was that good. My husband got the fajita salad and he was extremely taken back out how flavorful the chicken was. The staff was so amazing when we came in, greeted with a smile, made sure we were seen as soon as we walked in. Very attentive. Waitress was so friendly and attentive to not only us but to the other customers as well. Everything was clean and they were very organized. Our order was to go and they offered chips and salsa while we ate and although we didn’t take them up on it it was so nice to be offered. Food was done fast packed nicely. We live 15 minutes away so I was worried about how it would taste when we got home but I was genuinely surprised at how warm and great it was. Thank you for a great experience and amazing food.“
