Shout out for the flautas being prepared exactly how I'm used to yet still exceeding my expectations. “I had a really frustrating experience with my order at Taco Bell—items were missing and the hard shell chalupa was honestly not good at all.

BUT I want to give a huge shoutout to Thomas. When we contacted the store, he went above and beyond to fix everything. He remade all the missing and incorrect items without hesitation and had amazing customer service the entire time.

It’s rare to see someone handle a situation that well, and he completely turned the experience around for us. Taco Bell is lucky to have someone like Thomas on their team!“
