“Had a wonderful lunch with the wife at Los Charros Taqueria the other day in Gridley. The Molcajete was wonderful and tasty. The bowl could have been warmer. Extra cheese and just beef and chorizo was wonderful and to order. Wife got the asada tacos and the barria taco was on point. Love the salsa bar.“

“La corona opens daily early in the morning and serves breakfast burritos. For lunch como and try the tacos, tortas,burrito, quesadilla and the weekly special (different every week). Also the best carnitas in town on Saturday and Sunday. And for that horrible hang over get your freshly prepared menudo on Sundays“

“The burrito and mexican pizza they made me were wonderful. The items are hot, fresh, and nicely presented. The lobby was clean and their staff were very polite. The best taco bell experience I've had in years. I will be coming back to this location when in town and skipping other nearby locations. Thank you, it was a great experience.“

“We got 2 asada super tacos, 1 Birria ramen and 1 California burrito. And everything was FANTASTIC!! Honestly the best Mexican food I’ve had so far, everything was flavorful. Maybe a little hidden with their truck placement but worth trying out 1000%. I actually saw them while scrolling through Facebook and since we happened to be in Oroville while being indecisive on what we wanted for dinner we went to give them a shot since the pictures looked yummy. Now I’m sad I live in Chico and can’t binge eat them everyday!! 100/10 definitely recommend! Great prices too for the food you get. :)“

“Excellent service and very fast, the food is quite delicious, with a flavor of Mexico, we tried the Menudo and the Birria de Chivo and they were very good, the guava and horchata fresh waters are delicious and they give you very delicious handmade tortillas for true Payment by card and cash is accepted, I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy an authentic Mexican seasoning!!“

“The food was decent, the price was right. Sadly even though our waitress started out at one side and worked her way around the table with about six of us. She didn't remember to look at her ticket to see who it was so there was a little mix-up.

Nothing that will keep me away, I just wish we had waitresses like in the old days. She was nice enough, and did her job well besides the part where she couldn't go back to her ticket and get the orders right at the table.“

“My mother and I visit Los Compadres, when I make the trek from Sacramento to Oroville to spend time with her. The staff is friendly, restaurant clean, and food delicious. The restaurant has a wheelchair ramp and is very accommodating to assistive devices like walkers and wheelchairs.
Special bonus is photogenic staff willing to take group photos for customers in their authentically appointed lobby. :-)

The tacos and burritos tasted so deliciously authentic, more so than the so-called Mexican restaurants in the area. The food is ordered to go only. It's quite popular with the local residents, because it's always busy.“
