Christian is an amazing chef! Not only that, he's a very nice and genuine person. Upon meeting him to get a quote to cater our wedding, my husband and I both knew right off the bat that we wanted him to cater, even without a tasting. Christian and Company catered our 175th anniversary of Western Star Lodge #2 in Shasta, this past Saturday for over 100 guests. Awesome food: marinated chicken thighs, thick slices of roasted sirloin-pink and warm in the middle; shrimp skewers, 3 different salads. Most excellent all around. I highly recommend Gathers530 without hesitation.
