Was really happy with this coffee place! I did not see a list of available flavors to add to lattes which I wish there was one, however the girl who took our order was so sweet and recommended a flavor mix of salted caramel and marshmallow. So I got those flavors in an iced latte and it was so good! I think next time I would get a 1-2 pumps less syrup so you could taste the espresso better but over all very good. Also the line went quick!

I normally am not a person who reviews places. But I’m gonna be very honest when I say both the black rose shops have the nicest staff and I love that I can go and get my order at either location with any of the baristas and it always taste the same. It’s so hard to find a good coffee shop and one that is locally owned. I will always make a special trip out of my way to go to these shops.

Wonderful coffee, friendly service, great selection. It's similar to Dutch Bros in a way, but they offer real coffee and not just fake sugary drink menu items with a splash of coffee. There drive thru is a bit on the slow side in my opinion. However, it is what it is when you want better coffee. The prices are also great!

Good coffee, a quick drive thru, and nice people!

This is my go to place for coffee in Shasta County. They have the best coffees and an amazing staff. Don't let the king lines discourage you, these baristas are fast! They regularly come out to the line to take orders and keep everything moving smoothly. They're always doing fun and themed seasonal drink menus. Also, they offer a punch card, so every 10th coffee is on the house!

Got a pumpkin latte and it tasted burnt and acidic also didn’t have any flavor.
