“This was our first time to In-N-Out burger Although the front was fairly clean and organized. The workers were nice and friendly. However the bathrooms are deplorable. For a restaurant this size and this caliber, the restrooms should be in much better.“

“I love the team that works this Bartels Giant burgers.. GREATEST YOUNG ADULTS I EVER MET.. “Great bacon burger and fries. I didn't want the special sauce and asked for peanut butter instead and they accommodated me. Kids burgers were fabulous, bought the fry special, buy 3 fries, get four. Ice cream shake and ice cream for the kids were excellent.“

“My daughter and I came over to Redding from Eureka and this place was recommended to us for lunch. I had the salmon salad. This was the best salad I’ve ever had! So delicious. Haylee took such great care of us. She was so warm and friendly! I loved everything about this place, the atmosphere, food, and friendly service. We will definitely come back.“

“Corbin, Connor, secret, and Astrid were awesome. This place is really clean. I always judge a restaurants cleanliness based on the restroom cleanliness and it was spotless. Not only that, there was a small delay due to a large order in front of me and they hooked it up with extra fries for the wait. My burger was on point and these guys were not just apologetic but friendly AF. 10/10“

“Went through the drive thru about 20 till closing, Bradley took me and my friends order and was so sweet, I had felt bad for coming though so late but was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and kind he was. Had a pretty stressful day and honestly it made my day better, great young man and clearly a great worker. (and the fries where bomb)“

“The guy that took my order and brought me my food was very delightful and professional. Unfortunately, the cooks were kind of loud and cracking jokes. I have really no problem with that because you should have fun and enjoy your job. But not when you can hear it all the way in the lobby.
The french fries have sure changed a lot throughout the years and not really in a good way. They're getting awfully thin and I know that potatoes are plentiful so why the shortcut? The burger was very good. I've always loved Carl's jr. Especially when they first opened years and years ago they were much better. But I realized restaurants want to cut corners so sometimes they pay less for certain items and it shows. Especially if you're a regular.“

“$25 for 2 entres with big portions AND an appetizer? Sold. I got the chicken parm. The chicken was good, but the pasta was very bland, more marinara would of improved it. But for the price i was happy as a clam. The portion was so big it made 3 total meals for me. Service was great despite the place beeing PACKED for veterans day.“

“The guys that work at night run a tight ship. They got things down, food always hot and made quickly. During the day however, I have not had the same luck. I got a stale bun recently on My lunch break and had to toss the entire sandwich. Anyways, to the guys at night keep up the good work and great attitude also!“

“I like dairy Queen. This location is freezing though. It's 55° outside and I walked inside and it was colder. (The AC was pumping strong, while the workers sit underneath the heater by the registers) My food was cold by the time it got to the table. So if you're out for just ice cream that's great but if you want to take advantage of any of their other menu items, It will not be warm food because the place is too cold. Also it makes it too cold to enjoy ice cream that is already cold You walk out shivering. That's not good when it's already 55° outside. Again the employees have a heater over their registers but they don't have the smarts to turn off their lobby air conditioning when it's freezing. If my food had not frozen by the time it got to the table I would have given five stars. 😥☃️ I understand that they keep the AC on at dairy Queen's year-round because of their machines and the ice cream. That being said why put a huge heater right over the machines and freeze out your customers in the lobby that are far from the machines?“
