I called and checked the balance of a gift card before I went to the restaurant. They wouldn't accept it and the guy taking orders wouldn't go get a superior. I waited in a line for 20 min for them to tell me they won't accept a card they already told me had $10.

We stopped in Redding on our way home because we knew everything would be just the way we like it. Pretzel bun sandwich was tasty, and fruit cup is always perfect. My wife likes grilled nuggets; I don't get it, but I don't have to. Service is friendly and prompt.

This used to be the good chic fil a unyil they changed everything! When there is 3 cars ahead of you and your still waiting 20 mins for one 4pc combo for them to ask you to pull over to the side and wait another ten minutes while everyone else is still getting food and leaving. I will never come back here and i will refer everyone else to go the other chic fil a across town

Got dinner there. The chicken strips dipped in Chick-fil-A sauce, it was good and yummy. 5-minute wait for the food at the drive-thru wasn't that bad after all. Way to go guys.
