I've only been to a Chick-fil-A a couple times, this was the first time in Redding. Service was great, food was just ok. We only got one meal, a side and a couple of drinks...$40 bucks. A little too spendy for mediocre. Not for me.
I was there yesterday. I’m a big fan of Chick Fil A but was disappointed in this particular location. The order taker was not very happy (maybe having a bad day) which is uncharacteristic for the brand. But the big disappointment was that they were out of chicken strips and the nuggets I ordered instead were tiny and either overcooked or cooked in old oil. On the bright side: The nice lady who was roving the dining room was cheerful and helpful and pleasant.
Honestly I came through a couple weeks ago was given someone else's order then called spoke to the manager on duty and he was super pleasant and happy to help. He told me he would put my name down and come in anytime that would gladly replace it. I told him I threw away my receipt but can dig it out and he said no worries I was in the books. So I go to get a couple weeks later cause honestly forgot about the mix up. The girl manager on the night shift replaced our chicken...
