To be honest, I’m a bit shocked by the service. Your matcha latte is already very small, yet it costs more than a large one elsewhere. Here’s what happened: we ordered a light ice matcha, and they gave us a whole cup full of ice. I went up to the barista to explain that we asked for light ice, but we were given a full cup of ice — and do you know what he said to me??? “If we make it light ice, the matcha will only fill half the cup.” Are you serious?))) Honestly, I’ve never seen service like this anywhere. This is a very strange approach to customer service. Are we living in a progressive country, or somewhere in the jungle where there’s no internet and no customer service standards?

I hate to give 4 and not 5 stars... but I have to give my honest review.
It is so clean and cute! Would definitely come back! BUT, I spent almost $20 on a coffee and a pastry. Sadly, the prices are very high.
The baristas are friendly and the coffee is yummy. BUT, not a great place to work, as it is very noisy.
All in all... if you love cute vibes and good coffee, definitely check it out. If you are trying to save money or work on your laptop, this is not the best choice.

Absolutely impeccable service by Malaki. The mocha was the best I've ever had, with exotic notes coming though from the chocolate as well as the bean. Best coffee in Redding, hands down.
I live close to Evergreen and it’s definitely a favorite place to go. The coffee (brought to you by their label, Feast, is carefully crafted, and the owners are so thoughtful about how they source everything they bring in. This is one of the few places where I can get organic, seasonal food. And, it is absolutely delicious!
