Just had a great breakfast here and was not disappointed! I tried the Brekky Sando with avocado, and it was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend went for the breakfast burrito. The vibe here is very cozy and they have very friendly staff which made it even better. We definitely left happy and can’t wait to come back for more.

Atmosphere is on point. Service was fast and friendly. The match honey and mint latte though... the combo has an after taste reminicent of salmon which was super odd. It wasnt terrible, but not exactly what i was hoping for. Not sure this combo is for me. The salted caremel latter was good though.

This is my favorite coffee shop. The staff are so friendly and the coffee is delicious. They use Feast coffee and its so tasty. The waffles are worth it if you want a giant waffle with all sorts of goodies to top it. They even sell various little things from local artisans at the front. Such a fun place.

Only been here twice, and will not go back. Once for food, then for coffee. Staff were very cold and rude both times - they are bothered to be serving you. consumers were also very rude. Service was so slow on the food, waited 30 minutes for a take away burrito. It’s very loud and crowded. Not an enjoyable experience for a cafe.

But not Redding, though. We are for a totally different reason in Redding. And, oh boy, let me tell you how surprised I was when we found Evergreen. Man! One of the best Ethiopian single-origin beans and roast I have ever tasted! Not in Cologne, Paris, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca. Nope. Redding! 😂

If you want a small-town feel, great tasting organic food, AND a cool place to study or visit with friends this place is perfect. I know the owners and they are a sweet family and Redding locals are lucky to have them. Check out their fall menu- super yummy drinks and food inspired by fall.
