Okay so my step dad use to work for Domino's distribution center as the manager over the warehouse. And man those guys were lucky, they got to take home some products, dad use to make us excellent home made dominos pizza! Now I have eaten from several dominos over the years. But none compared to the way Dad made them. Except this Dominos pizza in Redding, CA.I have not had any problems with delivery and anyone I have had to talk to has been pleasant and professional. Keep up the great service and quality products. Thank you.

They mess up my order all the time, I order no cheese and I get cheese. The estimated time for delivery is crazy wrong like 50 minutes somehow turns into 2 hours. like just be honest at the beginning so I can make the decision to come pick it up instead. They also forget the garlic on the crust way too often and that really is the only reason we order Domino's instead of making pizza at home.Dietary restrictions: If you order no cheese there is a pretty good chance you will still get it.

Horrible service. Took 2 hours to deliver a pizza. Alice (manager) claims we couldn’t be found in their system even though they’ve delivered multiple times. They forgot the 2 liter we ordered. Manager said they would re-deliver, never showed up. Charged me for something I never received. Redding dominoes and staff are horrible.

My husband ordered a pizza an hour before I showed up to pick it up They charged me for it and then they told me that they couldn't find it that they've been swamped today I don't know how that's my problem. If I could give them zero stars I would we were going to a movie so I wanted to get pizza before and take it home so the kids could eat before we go to the movie at 7:30 but because they lost my order or someone took it by mistake I would have to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake the order and miss the movie so I told him I wanted to refund They did not offer any thing but a simple sorry and then they told me it's going to take 3 days or more to go back on my card This was the worst experience I've had I never really rate anything bad but if I could give it zero stars I definitely would horrible service.

The service was outstanding. We ordered pickup, and it was ready by the time we drove over. They were friendly and informative. The gentleman making the pizzas even took the time to answer curious questions my 12 y/o son had about how it was to work there. And he didn't miss a beat on making his pie! Really great place and I will definitely be back.Parking: Delivery drivers kinda block the exit because they pull up by the doors and wait for their next order. This causes a jam-up that not only stops people from getting through but also blocks already parked cars from pulling out. Probably shouldn't let your drivers do this. We had to wait longer to get out of the lot than it took to get our food. ?
The service was ok. The pizzas sucked. Tight on the toppings, they hardly covered the pizza. It was bad. Very dissatisfied. I won't go back here again.
