The service was outstanding. We ordered pickup, and it was ready by the time we drove over. They were friendly and informative. The gentleman making the pizzas even took the time to answer curious questions my 12 y/o son had about how it was to work there. And he didn't miss a beat on making his pie! I ordered a hand tossed pan pizza. Halfway through each slice the dough was raw. I called and they did deliver a new pizza. My problem is that a manager told me that if I order the pan pizza with that many toppings, I need to request that it be well done, as though it's my fault. What? First of all, I see nowhere to do this. Secondly, how would I have known to do this in the first place? Thirdly, aren't you the pizza "experts"? My boyfriend and I order a medium pizza. It was a Saturday night, so expectedly the pizza was a longer wait. We walked around once we found out the pizza wasn’t ready when we got there. No problem! When we came back, our pizza was stolen! Kind of a bummer since we had to wait longer… but oh well. It happens! We weren’t upset.
