Employees always make it seem like you're inconveniencing them by ordering. They act as if I'm knocking on their home front door ordering doughnuts. I ordered a breakfast sandwich for the first time and the lady mocked me for not knowing the options. It was almost enough for me to just say never mind and leave. Also, the breakfast sandwiches are microwaved and doughnuts aren't what they used to be. They're not bad, but there are definitely better options in Redding.

Soooo yummy! Get the puffies!!!!! Omg the bagels and homemade im assuming homemade because its so good cream cheese! It's so light and fluffy! The puffies are FULL of custard that bursts within your mouth enveloping it in the most scrumptious heavenly taste. Without being oily the doughnuts and custard are top quality and I've had a LOT of doughnuts! Way more than one needs, but you only live once!
The atmosphere is very nice, and the lady at the front counter was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. If we were local I would absolutely come weekly! However whenever we stop by we will definitely be grabbing some heavenly doughnuts.

I have mixed feeling about this place. Coming from orange county where there is a donut shop at every corner and they are actually fresh and warm top quality donuts. This place is slight let down. Its the nicest donut shop in redding yet the customer service has been lacking quite a few times and i got attitude for wanting to buy donuts. If i go throught the drive through and make an order and buy one thing its always great no issues. Its when i walk in to buy a large quantity for my coworkers do i get an issue. Ill get donuts i didnt order. Theyll roll their eyes and rush me through the process and not show me what i ordered. Ill ask for boxes instead of bags for presentation and even that is an issue but theyll do it after making me feel like i was an inconvenience to them. I wouldnt have said anything if this was the first time but this is the third time... quality could be better and i dont want people thinking this place sucks because of one employee. Try it out im just being honest. Maybe its the poor service ive recieved but the donuts could be better as well.

Walked up to the drive through looking like a crazy person and the lady was so nice and kindly redirecting me to the walk up window. When I got there she was very kind and the donut was amazing as per usual!

Always love going here prices and food are amazing great people and food is always fresh love getting there alagators and doughnut holes, the bagels are amazing as well the breakfast sandwich is worth the price too

Rude employee. Came here this morning to order donuts for coworkers. Older woman at the window immediately launched into a tirade for ordering at the window. There was no reason to do this. No one else was there. I was friendly and polite. The condescension and bold rudeness will always be remembered. Beware - do not come here unless you like being yelled at.

I stopped by Heavenly Donuts around 5 PM and had a really great experience. There was still a pretty good donut selection, including my favorite-the bacon maple-as well as classics like old-fashioned. While I wish there were even more options that late in the day, I totally understand they were probably making more for the next morning.
What really stood out to me was how clean the place was. I've honestly never seen cleaner windows or floors at a donut shop- you could barely even tell the windows were there, that's how spotless they were. The whole shop was extremely well-kept.
The staff was equally impressive. There were two people up front who were both really friendly and efficient, even while one of them was patiently helping an older gentleman who had a lot of questions. They still managed to take my order quickly and with a smile. The worker in the back was also super nice.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. Great donuts, super friendly staff, extremely clean shop, plenty of parking, and the added convenience of a drive-thru. Definitely worth a visit!

We entered the shop. No one even acknowledged us. We waited and she seemed upset she had to help us. She was not friendly and I almost walked out. I don't care how good donuts are customer service was horrible and I won't be going back. I am sure it won't affect them. Do better and train your staff to be friendly and inviting.
