The restaurant is a gem in Redding and good food and a New Orleans vibe. The stake salad, pork belly BLTA, brisket jam burger, catfish curry and jam brisket flatbread was spot on and full of flavor. Fresh crunchy chips, chocolate pecan ganache dessert and a perfect spicy kick cocktail made the experience better. Service was friendly, attentive and truly top shelf, made the whole experience even better. Staff was awesome and the vibe felt like southern fare without the humidity. All will be back for more.
