We had the salmon belly, the crab salad, and the sashimi sampler. It was all fresh and amazing. The service was attentive without being obtrusive. The Sho Chiko Bai sake was a perfect pairing with the diversity of flavors in our meal. The only thing better than the meal and the service was the sparkling Date Night company. <3
Food was delicious, and the customer service was nice. This is a nice small restaurant that's great for dinner or lunch.
Parking: It's on a pretty busy one way in Redding near several other stores. So Street parking out in front of the restaurant is unlikely, but possible.

Appetizers were equally mixed in quality and taste.
All else was just ok.
Poor wine selection and not much on the Sake list either that I saw.
Overall it's ok if you stick to the beef selections.
Rolls and Sushi not highly recommended,, but ok.
