“I want to thank the McDonald staff who found my backpack, kept it and turned it in to the police on Sept 30. Things in it were very important for me, and I got everything back intact. Your good deeds have left me a lasting positive impression on Redding people.
The McDonald is at a convenient location near I-5. This was the second time we got food here and got gas at Costco. The restraunt is new and clean. I'll definitely return.“
“Don't like fast food but can't drive past it with kids in the car there always happy workers which means their managers are doing their job well that is nice to know in our community
Parking: On location plenty of space for a couple RVs
Kid-friendliness: Foods happy meals
Wheelchair accessibility: Always available“
“I only buy coffee there but I’m always do struck at how they are removing the human element from their experience. It’s almost impossible to walk up to the counter and ask a question because no one is there. Now, the windows have a covering on them so u can’t see in. I’d say in 10 years, it will be all robotized & we’re being eased into the shock. ..“
“There are some great employees here, that just have a good detail orientation and vibe. Definitely makes me feel like going back to this location. The only crazy thing is the customers lol. That employee named Jay?, I think, very professional, very coordinated with keeping things how they're supposed to be.. I really don't think it would be worth going to fast food if it wasn't for good relatable people that work there, one of the girls that works there has the same sort of rep, like just with shutting that door that doesn't shut by the table and just being a normal person in general, I appreciate it when going to Redding (which feels like a strange foreign land lol)“
