I love this spot! I have probably eaten here a dozen times in the last 6 months. Food is way better than it has any right to be, service is great, and a great selection of beers on tap. Minimax has definitely been added in my rotation of great Redding Restaurants. Check it out!
Food was decent beer was good. Huge shout out to the guy with long hair, did not catch his name. They were very clearly understaffed and he was absolutely hustling like his life depended on it and he definitely deserves commendation for that
Love this place, always kind great service, and the food, wow pizza is excellent and when not having pizza, we get the hot pastrami sandwich, the choice of sides is amazing, from all the great comfort sides to, if you want to look like you are eating healthy, a salad :) so so good, great choice of brews on tap as well.
