Moonstone Bistro Reviews
Brunch at Moonstone Bistro was outstanding! My husband and I both had the "traitor benedict", which was excellent. The service was also great! We will definitely be eating there again.
Moonstone feels a bit like it's trying to be something it's not - a higher end restaurant. It's a fine cafe and the food was okay, just not spectacular. Portions were large, service was decent, and atmosphere was nice, but it felt overpriced and just okay.
The food is usually very good and the service is normally excellent- just don’t go there on a holiday like Mother’s Day- they had us wait almost two hours before bringing our food to the table and sadly it wasn’t as usual the fries were greasy and our burger seemed to be missing it’s delicious aoli sauce - note to self don’t go there on a holiday
Moonstone Bistro offers a mix of experiences. The "traitor benedict" at brunch was outstanding, with great service. While some find it overpriced for just okay food, others appreciate the large portions and nice atmosphere. It's usually a good choice for quality food and excellent service, but be cautious during busy holidays like Mother's Day to avoid long waits and potential disappointments with the dishes.
