About Phở Saigon

Pho Saigon is a hidden gem that offers an authentic Vietnamese dining experience. Despite its unassuming appearance, the restaurant consistently impresses customers with its flavorful and well-executed dishes. The Bun Bo Hue, a spicy lemongrass-infused beef noodle soup, is a standout, with tender meat and a rich broth that transports diners back to Vietnam. The Banh Mi, particularly the combination and BBQ pork varieties, are also highly recommended, featuring fresh ingredients and flavors from the owner's homeland. While the noodle selection may not be exactly what some customers are used to, the overall quality and taste of the food more than make up for it. The restaurant delivers in every sense, with dishes like chicken vermicelli that are fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The broth is rich, and the meat is plentiful, satisfying even the hungriest diners. The warm, welcoming service adds to the experience, with friendly staff guiding customers through the menu and making them feel at home. The dining room is clean, simple, and functional, providing a comfortable spot to enjoy a great meal. Though some wish for a choice of fresh noodles, the overall quality and authentic flavors make Pho Saigon a must-visit for those seeking true Vietnamese cuisine served with genuine hospitality.

The quality of the ingredients at this restaurant is excellent. The beef is tender and the cartilage has a perfect texture plus so many vegetables added.
My only concern is the sweetness of the broth. If they could remove the sugar and let the natural flavors of the broth, it would have been better. Sweet broth is not something most people want. We just love the natural broth flavor.
But i like the generous servings, 1 serving is good for 2 persons.
I ordered a large pho but something came up and I had to leave in a hurry. I asked for my pho to go. As it was a lage I expected her to pack it all. Instead she came out with a soda cup with a lid on it. It made me very disappointed as I was saving the best part for last and she didn't give me all my food back. Other than that she was nice but I ended up paying 23 dollar for a kids size pho and still ended up hungry. Pho was delicious though. Great flavors!
