Sunday buffet. The food was horrible. Biscuits were dryed out .chicken fried steak was way over cooked. The crab was not good tasted off. Save your money go to rolling hills buffet way better same price

They jacked up the prices way too much and the food wasn’t as good as it used to be..was disappointing to see now we don’t want to eat here anymore after eating here for years it’s not worth it. The breakfast is still good.

As always, yummy and fresh. Rather limited menu, but everything I've tried has been good.

I ate here a lot so this review is after multiple visits. The nachos are bland not worth it. French dip was ok was disappointed about the portions. Chicken fried steak was great. The best meals I had here was their breakfast. The burrito is by far the best thing I had while I was staying. Sandwich was decent as well. The convenience is nice. Although I wouldn’t recommend lunch or dinner here.

My husband and I have had sunday brunch there so many times over the years that I lost count, ALWAYS GREAT. He passed away 1 and half years ago so this morning I went there with my son and his wife and don't like saying this but it was awful, I have nothing good to say about anything I ate, the eggs benadict were stuck to the pan and came in shreds when I put it on my plate. I am sorry to say for that amount of money I will not eat there again

Debbie was our server. She rocks. It was our first time there. We don't like crowds, and so for whatever reason there wasn't really any customers, so that was a plus. Apparently, according to other reviews, the wait times were awful before and food not so good, but that all got turned around, I suppose, because the food was pretty good and we got our dishes quick. It was a very pleasant experience, made possible by good decor, good chow, and the best service I have ever had. We have eaten all over Las Vegas, Orange County, and across the nation even so much as to Mississippi, Alabama, Texas and Washington D.C. at places fancy and common. Tell you the truth: nobody does customer service in a restaurant as genuine as our server. Cook came out last second, seemed nice, and we got to say a quick word of approval. We'll most likely be back. :)P.S.: Have her train additional wait staff so the place can do well and give her a raise.

I was attending the Redding Anime convention at the casino and came here for lunch. I stood at the entrance waiting to be seated for 10 minutes, not any of the only 3 available employees noticing or acknowledging me. I was finally seated and was not given a menu, let alone asked what drink I'd like to order. After 15 minutes of sitting at my table with no drink or menu, one of the only 3 employees was cleaning a nearby table and noticed I had been seated without a menu or given a drink. She came up to me and offered me a menu, I told her yes please and explained that I was seated without being given a menu or had my drink order taken. The waitress who seated me finally came by and apologized for the wait, and handed me my menu and brought my drink quickly. I then waited HALF AN HOUR for her to come back and take my order. On top of another 25 minutes of waiting for my food. The main problem with this restaurant is that they are SEVERELY understaffed. Once I finished she apologized and didn't charge me for my drinks, I thanked her and left a nice tip even though the service I received wasn't very great; I felt awful for seeing all these employees going above and beyond and trying their best to keep the place operating. I was in complete shock over how the casino is operating this way.

Food was delicious. Drinks were delicious, and they gave us free sodas. However, they were very clearly understaffed. The service was exceptional but very slow due to this fact.

While the food is edible most of the time the service since the closure of Creekside has been awful. We have currently been waiting since 5:30 to eat. We ordered our food 45 minutes ago. They never brought our salads out. I say the food is edible because well it is just that. We use to frequent here often however the last 2 times the manager on shift asked for our opinions, asked we fill out opinion cards because it was so bad. He told us to give them a couple months to get things under control so that's what we did. I was hopeful, however this time was the biggest train wreck. The worst part was the many people that came in after us that were served before us but came in way after us.

Update: A supervisor by the name of Regina reached out to me, and made things right. It was nice to feel like she cared about my experience, and validate my frustrations. I will return and give it another try because of her. Thank you Regina for amazing customer service.Original Review:The food was delicious. Great portion sizes, great prices. However, the service from out waitress Kami was almost unbearable. Super slow. Everything we asked for, she forgot and we had to ask again. When asking questions about the menu it was almost like she didn't want to answer them, she just kind of stood there looking at us. Then she would say, no one have ever asked me that before. Okay, fine. But, can you please find out the answer? I literally asked if I could substitute the mushrooms for onions in my pasta dish. It took 15 minutes before we were ever even greeted. I would totally undersrtand if they were busy, but they weren't. I don't know... It just felt like she didn't want to be there, and she didn't want us there either. I will say, once we finally got the garlic ailoi that was supposed to come on the burger,( we had to ask for it twice) if was phenomenal. If and when we come back to dine, we will request a different server! Again, our food was amazing, I wish I could give 5 stars!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a wheelchair or walker.

This place has the best clam chowder in the state. It's only available on Fridays, so that's when my husband and I go. Two bowls of clam chowder with some amazing hot and fresh fry bread is only $10. Such a great deal.We've also gotten the steak and shrimp combo. Medium rare sirloin is always cooked perfectly, and the coconut shrimp are worth getting. Veggies and baked potatoes are great, and prices are significantly less than comparable restaurants. And with only one exception, the staff has been friendly and accommodatingTons of healthy options, too, with low fat and low calories.

Parking: Always plenty of parking and a free shuttle, which isn't needed as it's typically a 1 minute walk to the restaurant.

Dietary restrictions: There is a section of the menu with low fat and low calorie options, with plenty of flavor.

Best salmon salad ever. Didn’t even need dressing. Delicious food and great service. I’ll be back.

To be fair I'm looking for terrible restaurants. But they don't exist. This is a win river now haha

Best chicken and waffles ever! I love their mashed potatos and gravy as well. The wait can be longer sometimes then others but sometimes they don't have enough staff so that is to be expected. I seen someone post a review that the waitresses stand around and talk but maybe those aren't only waitresses but other staff from the casino who don't work the restaurant. The place is clean each time I have went and the food is hot and fresh and the amount portion is actually big I can't eat it all in one setting.
