Don’t waste your time. I waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches to be warmed up. Corporate clearly prioritizes drive-thru orders, which backs up everything else. The store was understaffed, and the wait time was totally unreasonable compared to any other coffee shop.
Honestly, I could’ve gone to the Subway next door for coffee and food faster.

Starbucks on Lake Blvd in Redding Ca is the best!! The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, especially Annette, Sissy and Chai! It's a special treat when Chai has made my iced latte before I've even finished ordering. I really appreciate the wonderful sense of community they have created at the Lake Blvd Starbucks!

Super annoying I buy coffee every morning but when I come through in the afternoon they won't give me an ice water unless I buy something. The coffee is $8...... corporate should do better.
Avoid this place on Sunday!! Why does it take 5 mins just to get in line and order? 5 mins to wait. Than I’m told to be on hold when I order. If they can’t handle a Sunday morning rush. 11 mins for a coffee? Yikes this place is sllllllooooooooowwwwww

I went inside to buy a crafted coffee drink and had to wait about 20 minutes because they prioritize the drive through customers. My barista actually told me that. The baristas are nice and it's not their fault that the sticker machine prioritizes drive-thru customers. Starbucks definitely made a mistake by switching drip coffee to a Keurig style coffee. It is way too strong.

We stopped in on a road trip and ordered some drinks and treats, and accidentally ordered several wrong items. Totally our fault but the employees were super nice and remade everything for us with a smile. I really appreciate the kindness!

This Starbucks location stands out for its quiet atmosphere and excellent use of space. It’s clearly a newer build, and everything feels clean and thoughtfully arranged. There’s an abundance of outdoor seating, much of it sunny but with shade provided right over the tables—great for relaxing without overheating. During our spring visit, the landscaping really elevated the experience: plenty of flowers blooming and a scenic, open view that made it feel less like a chain coffee shop and more like a pleasant rest stop.
Service was friendly and relaxed, and the place wasn’t busy when we went, making it a convenient stop if you're passing through or want a low-key break. We had a mango refresher, which hit the spot in the sunshine. Inside, the décor was standard for Starbucks but felt fresh, clean, and well-kept.
If you're looking for a chill place to grab a drink with easy parking and room to stretch out, this location is absolutely worth a stop.
