The service was not good at all at SAFEWAY Starbucks. I ordered two Vente pumpkin caramel and I don’t know what they put in it, but it was horrible. It was bitter. Then I went to have her scan my phone and she said she can’t scan the phone. I’d have to have a gift card. Well, I’m definitely taking it to the manager of SAFEWAY tomorrow. She did not know how to make our coffees and did not know anything about scanning our phones.

I come to this Starbucks almost daily, the employees are awesome and caring. They remember your order and always make sure to check their work and that it is up to for liking. I've grown a friendship with the employees and I love it! I highly recommend this location to anyone!

I’ve been in before and had great service but today I came in and the line was pretty long ok no worries but then the barista was standing there texting on her phone the entire time I was waiting. Me and a few other people ended up leaving without getting anything bc her service was so bad

Service is a mixed bag. The night shift is phenomenal! Victor is awesome! Very polite, helpful, and resourceful! Unfortunally, the older lady with grey hair at Deli during the day needs to be fired. Rude, and has a mouth on her. I've stopped going here and go to the other safeway for sandwiches. Just awful! Stick with going in towards the evening and you'll have a great experience! Produce and the bread tends to be better than the E Cypress Safeway too!
